The fare has several rules: Users cannot select or purchase seats and certain ancillary products like extra legroom Users cannot change flights or fly standby on other flights Users cannot create mixed itineraries (Basic Economy must be selected for the entire roundtrip) Because the product has so many rules, I created detailed screen flows for each scenario of purchasing a Basic Economy fare. Also since the project was being executed through discrete Agile user stories, it was important to tie each user story back to the overall flow of the experience.
